This papaya avocado slaw is delicious – who can resist avocado?!
Ingredients:
- 1 10 oz. bag broccoli slaw
- 1 cup papaya, chopped
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Enjoy!
