Ingredients

  • 1 Seedless watermelon
  • Berries and mint for decoration

Directions

  1. Cut the ends off the watermelon.
  2. Stand on one end.
  3. Take a large knife and cut a circle out of the center – make sure your knife is straight.
  4. Remove the rind.
  5. Trim your watermelon cake to the right size and roundness.
  6. Top with berries and mint.
  7. Display on a cake stand.
