Ingredients
- One pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- One box or one bag zucchini noodles
- One cup cherry (halved) or diced tomatoes,
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon low sodium cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons zero calorie balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Sprinkle cajun seasoning on shrimp, saute’ in avocado oil.
- Remove from pan.
- Saute’ zuchini noodles and tomatoes until wilted.
- Add shrimp back to pan.
- Add balsamic vinegar toss, sauté two minutes.
