Berry Pom Peach Smoothie!

This sweet and sour drink is rich in fruit flavors and a delicious way to wake up and start your day! Punicalagins are the acidic tannins in pomegranate that provide free-radical scavenging health properties.

What you need:
• 1 cup coconut water
• ½ cup ice
• ¼ cup frozen wild blueberries
• ¼ cup pomegranate juice
• ¼ cup frozen strawberries
• ¼ cup frozen peaches
• 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed

What you do:
Combine all ingredients in a high power blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.

The fruity combination in this smoothie helps sweeten and soften the intensity of the acidic tannins in the pomegranate.
