Recipe for one stack

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz spelt flour
  • 6 oz water
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina
  • Sweetener of your choice
  • Coconut oil for the griddle

How to make it:

  1. Whisk everything in a medium bowl.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat.
  3. Scoop per pancake 2 tbsp onto the griddle.
  4. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes.

Recipe for the coffee sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp superfood coffee Shine
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

How to make it:

  1. Combine 1 tsp superfood coffee Shine (powder) and 1 tbsp hot water in a small bowl and mix very well till the powder dissolves.
  2. Add agave syrup and mix again.
  3. Top your pancake stack with the sauce.
