Cinching Citrus Smoothie

  •  3 bananas 
  •  oranges 
  •  2 grapefruits 
  •  1 Tbsp. chia seeds 


  1. Squeeze the juice from 3 large oranges. 
  2.  Squeeze the juice from 2 grapefruits. 
  3.  Peel 3 bananas 
  4.  Measure out chia seeds. 


 Pour all prepared ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend on high for 1 minute. 



For healthy munching, garnish with 3 orange slices.
