Arevalos Popsicles are a crowd-pleaser among adults and kids alike. This recipe is made from basic ingredients you may have floating around your kitchen. You can create different versions of this recipe by adding toppings and flavors to your liking. The ingredients are sweet on their own and minimal sugar is needed. It’s even lactose-free, so it’s a safe option for those who suffer from bloating after eating dairy ice cream.
This recipe also uses peanut butter, but any nut butter or seed butter will do. Use the simplest peanut butter if at all possible. There are peanut butter brands that are made with 2 simple ingredients: peanuts and salt. Peanut butter does offer some health benefits in this recipe.
With no added sugar or additional ingredients, it can provide 25 grams of protein in a 100-gram serving size. Do remember that this amount of peanut butter does come with 50 grams of fat. Some of these fats are mono-unsaturated, which has been linked to improving insulin sensitivity. Peanut butter also contains vitamin E, B3, B6, folate, magnesium and copper.

Ingredients
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1 1/2 ripe bananas
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp honey
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup or agave
