Ingredients
- 1 Seedless watermelon
- Berries and mint for decoration
Directions
- Cut the ends off the watermelon.
- Stand on one end.
- Take a large knife and cut a circle out of the center – make sure your knife is straight.
- Remove the rind.
- Trim your watermelon cake to the right size and roundness.
- Top with berries and mint.
- Display on a cake stand.
