- 1 tbsp local bee pollen
- 1 tbsp local honey
- (1) 6-inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 1 cup green tea, cooled
- 1 cup frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, bananas, etc.)
- 1 cup spinach
- Blueberries, kiwi and coconut
Add all ingredients to blender, process until smooth, top with a sprinkle of bee pollen for a “candy” crunch and enjoy!
Garnish with blueberries, kiwi and coconut.
