Ingredients:alexsandra winters_purple lavendar blueberry smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh organic blueberries
  • 1 ripe organic banana
  • ½ cup organic cashews
  • 2 organic Medjool dates
  • 2 cups pure water
  • 2 drops of Young Living Lavender therapeutic essential oil
  • fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Blend everything in the Viamix or high speed blender.
  2. Top it off with fresh blueberries and fresh mint. Enjoy!
