Relax and close your eyes.  Take a deep breath and as you exhale, think of the vast blue-green ocean and listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the golden sand.  Breathe.  Feel all the peace and quiet within you as you release the stress that you have been building up for months.  Now, see yourself break into a beautiful smile as you feel at ease in that perfect bathing suit.  Stuck there?  Well, believe it or not, some women avoid the water because they don’t feel comfortable in the swimwear they own.  While others don’t have the right gear.

Small chest:  Make sure the top is embellished or has ruffles to balance out your body.  Alternatively, look for something with extra padding.

Large chest: Pick a suit that has thick straps for extra support.  Look for bra-sized swimwear.

Big Hips: Solid bottoms with big prints on the top will help even out your body.  Avoid skimpy bottoms.

Broad Shoulders: A solid bathing suit with printed sides will give your body the illusion of an hourglass.

Love Handles: Look for high waisted bottoms – they work wonders.

Back Fat:  Choose a suit with thick straps and high backs.

Full Thighs: Pick bottoms that give you more coverage – a skirt suit is a great option.

Muffin Top: Try out a one-piece suit with a plunging neckline.

Cellulite: A swim dress or a tankini is a great solution.  You need something with longer hemlines.

Sensitive Skin: Always carry sunscreen that is SPF 50 or more.  Also, invest in bathing suits with long sleeves.
