You will notice there are no measurements for the ingredients. The reason is, you don’t need to measure. Make a lot for a crowd, or simply cook for one.
Ingredients
- Turnips, peeled and diced mushrooms, washed and sliced
- Sea salt
- Fresh ground Black pepper
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Olive oil
Directions
- Once you have peeled and diced your turnips and washed and sliced your mushrooms, place them in a large bowl. Remove the rosemary leaves from the sprig by running the sprig through your fingers against the growth. Place leaves in the bowl along with olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. Toss to coat the turnips.
- Place in a baking dish. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes, or until tender.
