The Mayo Clinic Diet: Lose Weight With The Power Of Science

The Mayo Clinic diet involves a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day. However, this does not mean going to the gym, lifting weights or even sweating heavily. Going for a brisk walk, or spending some time working in your yard, will do just fine.
